Is it right to fight?
Year 5 start the year looking at one of the biggest conflicts in history. We follow the war from its origins in 1914 through to the infamous Armistice. We explore this topic through the various stories such as Private Peaceful, Butterfly Lion and War Game. Where did the soldiers live? Where did they fight?
We will start exploring out first novel of the year – Clockwork by Phillip Pullman.
